In this Yoga Journal editorial the model demonstrates a sequence of poses that work on strength, balance and endurance through a series of calming, meditative and restorative postures. A few of these poses include Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Parivrtta Malasana (Revolved Garland Pose) and Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose). The majority of this practice is a series of twisting movements based from the navel which are thought to aid in digestion. For easy movement and comfort throughout, the model chose Hard Tail Forever leggings with supplex/lyra fabric for a soft, cotton feel with all the added benefits of advanced fiber technology.
