Work hard, play hard. You’re a regular who can drink with the best of them but needs to burn off that burger and beer. Hop squats kick up the cardio and tone your barstool butt. 1. Stand straight and then squat low with arms in front of you. 2. Stand up and, driving weight through heels, jump as high as you can. Land in a squat position. Repeat 20 times for three sets!
