Shipping rates are calculated through the least-cost shipping carrier. We offer free 5-8 business day shipping on US orders.
You will be contacted by eMail with a tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC).
Once your tracking number has been sent, your order is no longer eligible for modification.
Signature Required. Your signature is required for all shipments over $250. Additionally, all Express Mail or Overnight deliveries require a signature.
Items Out-of-Stock. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within two (2) business days.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
We currently ship within the US, as well as various locations in Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. You may view the available “Ship To” addresses in the Shipping Address step of checkout.
Free shipping is not available for international shipments.
Any and all fees or costs levied by any foreign government, without limitation, are the responsibility of you, our customer. Hard Tail Forever will not be obligated for customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees or any other fees associated with your order.
We will treat you fairly and expect the same fairness from you.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within thirty (30) days. We do not accept returns for other retail outlets. If you have a return purchased from a another retailer, please return the items to the store or retailer you purchased the items from.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and a credit back to your original method of payment used to make your purchase:
- All merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- The merchandise must be unworn, all tags must be attached and there shall not be any visible signs of wear.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Preference Returns are returns that are made for any reason other than defective merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you.
Return Shipping. At this time we do not offer free return or exchange shipping, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs for any preferential returns.
We will stand responsible for product defects or if an incorrect product was shipped to you, and your return shipping cost will be reimbursed in such instances (see below for Return Procedure details).
We will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to Hard Tail Forever due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you refuse to accept the order delivery. This also applies to circumstances where you do not provide us with a deliverable address. Only an online store credit will be issued for those type of returned items, and we will charge or deduct from your refund any related return charge or fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
Restocking Charge(s). We will treat you fairly and respectfully and expect the same fairness and respect from you. This means that you will not habitually purchase items and then return them. If we detect that type of activity pattern, we will impose restocking charges of up to 25% — and may refuse or cancel your future orders or close your account with us entirely.
For health and hygiene reasons, various federal and state laws prohibit the return of clothing that has been tried-on or worn, underwear and swimwear being examples of such prohibited returns. Instances where garments are worn and then returned to Hard Tail Forever are not eligible for a refund; no credit will be granted for clothing that has been worn, under any circumstances — unless the item is defective.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition as was sold to you, so that they can be resold. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in used or unacceptable condition will be refused and returned to you, at your expense. Unacceptable returns include, but are not limited to, worn or used product, as noted above. Any indication of wear or usage, i.e., perfume or cologne smell, deodorant marks, body odor, crotch soiling, or soiling of any kind (such as pet hair), will be refused and returned. No exceptions will be made.
Hard Tail Forever reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
It will take up to two (2) billing cycles to process and apply a refund to your method of payment. If you paid by ACH or paper check, you will receive a paper check refund.
- Send your return using a trackable package carrier. NOTE: we suggest using USPS as your return shipping method since we will only reimburse eligible return shipping (for non-preferential returns, after inspection by us) using the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) rate schedule.
- Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
- Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
You may use the original shipment packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping label(s) that may be on your return package.

If you ordered an item and would like exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return/exchange period, please return it as specified above with a note indicating what you would like in-exchange. We will be happy to ship the desired items. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items, if the cost is greater than the items you have returned, and we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the price difference, along with any exchange shipping charge.
Items exchanged will be considered preferential returns and held to the same preferential return policy as stated above.
