There is a reason in yoga, meditation and running that we always come back to our breath. Focusing on your breath helps you quiet any frenzied thoughts or worries in your mind and begin to feel calm as you settle in to your body’s natural rhythm. As you breathe, breathe out those worries and any negative thoughts, and breathe in clean, fresh air. Allow yourself to focus on the positive. Breathe deeply and let joy and gratitude fill you up.
